Our client was tasked with managing 8000 rebuilds and 22000 repairs post the Christchurch Earthquakes.
Progress went at a snail's pace and the insured public became increasingly more frustrated and angry. Our client's office was besieged daily by placard-waving, vocal policy holders.
Information was siloed and opaque, and accountability was difficult to ascertain.

The solution provided ensured that islands of data were connected, that the throughput time of every element of the workflow was measured, and that information was readily available and easy to understand and interpret. A war-room was created which hosted regular team meetings. Issues were identified sooner, teams were enabled, and all projects eventually finished on time.
