A national carrier wanted to simplify their Management Information. Each flight had in excess of 650 KPI's including the amount of toilet paper used on a leg.
Management could not see the forest for the trees.

Our solution was to build a datawarehouse with datamarts, and dashboards tailored to the individuals span of control.
The number of high-level KPI's was reduced according to the Kaplan Norton Balanced Scorecard methodolgy.
Traffic-lighting was implemented meaning that at a glance, a manager could address the orange and red KPI's, drill down and across to quickly identify the pain point and address it.
